What measures have you used when assessing functional capacity of stroke patients?

From my experience, I used the Glasgow scale and Barthel Scale. It covers the functional daily capacity and to evaluate acute strokes I can give a good sum up about the involved person. In addition, depending of the case, I could use Mayo Portland Adaptability Inventory (MPAI)(useful to evaluate the cognitive, functional and physical,  capacity, in addition of the behavior and emotion) Berg Balance Scale (to evaluate static and dynamic balance), 6MWT (to assess aerobic capacity and endurance), TUG (to evaluate the balance and risk of falls) etc.
